Most products on our charlie and lola shop are kept in stock and your order is usually dispatched within 2 business days. If the item is currently out of stock and needs to ordered in we will notify you by email as to the estimated time until your order is dispatched.

Postage time varies depending on where you are located. Below is an estimated postage time (excludes production):

VIC, NSW - 2-3 days
QLD, SA - 4-5 days
Rest of Australia - up to 1 week

To apply a coupon code, click on "View Cart" on the top right corner of the page. The promo code field is located above your cart information. Simply enter the code into the text box, and click "Apply".

Payments made online through Paypal are protected securely by SSL, and are the quickest and easiest form of payment. You can also choose to pay by EFT or by Cheque/Money order.

Our delivery prices start at only $8 and orders above $200 are shipped FREE. Orders over 2kg will incur an excess charge of $8 per kg. Prices are calculated during the checkout. Here's the prices:

Less than 500 grams: $8
Less than 3 kg: $11
3kg plus: $15

For delivering the goods, we use the trusty folks at Australia Post Parcel service. The cost of Postage and Handling is added to your order after any discounts or specials have been subtracted.

Freight on some of our larger items to remote areas may incure additional delivery charges. In these cases we will call to discuss the shipping charges.

The shipping cost is calculated at the checkout, however, the table below will give you an idea of charges.

At charlieandlola.com.au, we promise our products will be as impressive as they appear on our website. We'll be happy for you to return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We understand that for whatever reason, sometimes things don't work out. Fortunately, "1, 2, 3 No Changies" is NOT our return policy. We're more than happy to replace your item, exchange it for another one, or refund your purchase within 30 days of purchase.

For your security, orders on our site are encrypted with SSL technology. Your information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered, to our server only. charlieandlola.com.au is a secure site and all credit cards are processed by a secure 1024 bit encryption bank payment gateway. Once you place an order with charlieandlola.com.au you will receive a confirmation email detailing the order number and shipping address.

On your credit card statement your order will be listed as Juvart Pty Ltd. This is the company behind the Charlieandlola.com.au brand.

Any personal details which charlieandlola.com.au receive from you as a result of an inquiry or order will be kept secure. We do not keep credit card details and we do not share your details with anyone. Period.
